Thank you for shopping at Shakicks! While our goal is for every customer to love your purchases from Shakicks, we understand that isn’t always the case. Please read our return and exchange policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions
In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:
– The item is returned in its original condition with all original sewn-in or hang tags must still be intact.
– The item is unworn, unused with box/tags attached, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason.
– The item(s) must also not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way or with any wear and tear, including dirt, scuffs, scratches.

Our Return and refund policy lasts for 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can no longer authorize your return requests.

Please provide the order number and item(s) you wish to return, along with the purchaser’s name, your email address, and phone number for the fastest service. To complete your return request, please include a receipt or proof of purchase, visual evidence (e.g photo, video, label shipping, packages,..) of the products, and reasons why you made you unsatisfied with our shoes and want to return/refund. In the case, the shoes are wrong with your order, you need a shipping label, and all information about the order on the packages to prove that it’s from our store.
The clients are to cover the shipping costs to return their item(s)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without our approval. They do not handle return shipments. If your package is returned there and lost, we will no longer be able to assist with your request.
We are not liable for any return packages that have been lost stolen and damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item(s). All goods will be inspected on return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
Gifts
If you would like to buy a gift card, please contact us at [email protected] and we will support you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
